The following summary identifies by page and line number key portions of deposition testimony that would have been utilized had the Father Kelly cases proceeded to trial.

Witness P was abused by Kelly from 1957 to 1960. He describes meeting Kelly starting at depo page 103, line 24. In the Fall of 1958 he reported the abuse to Priest Witness B. His testimony describing that report can be found at depo page 243, line 14 to page 247, line 12. Testimony regarding the abuse begins immediately after page 247, line 12.
