The following summary identifies by page and line number key portions of deposition testimony that would have been utilized had the Father Kelly cases proceeded to trial.

For a description of how he met Father Kelly, see the testimony beginning on page 66, line 24. He was told Kelly was a "cool" priest, and that he could listen to music at Kelly's house. Page 69, lines 13-18.

Father Kelly introduced Witness O to alcohol; the assault by Kelly was Witness O's first sexual experience. Depo page 144, lines 7-24.
