The following summary identifies by page and line number key portions of deposition testimony that would have been utilized had the Father Kelly cases proceeded to trial.

Witness J purchased Father Kelly's cabin in 2000. Depo page 12, lines 18-20. While moving into the cabin he found a box of slides and a camera; the slides included pictures of partially clothed and/or nude boys.
